Client Service Executive Location: DIFC, Dubai, UAE Reporting To: Managing Partners Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site Job Summary The Client Service Executive is responsible for delivering high-touch, seamless and proactive service to Sigma’s client base of High-Net-Worth individuals and their Families. The role acts as a key point of contact, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring an efficient execution of banking, investment, and administrative requests. This position is critical in maintaining trusted long-term relationships and the day to day running of Sigma Private Office. The team work independently alongside and on behalf of their clients, as opposed to a bank or financial institution, using our independence to help create long-term value for clients. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship SupportActing as main point of contact for client instructions, regarding their account administration, payments, transfers and documentation. Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests. Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and online), ensuring minutes from the meeting are thoroughly documented. Assist bankers in preparing client materials, performance reports and portfolio reviews. Coordinate and track client requests to completion and ensure proactive follow ups. Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient and seamless client experience.Account AdministrationMaintain client records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure data accuracy across internal systems. Liaise with private bankers, custodians, lawyers and tax advisors for client information and requests. Process and follow up on client transactions, settlements, transfers, and corporate actions related to client accounts. Prepare documentation for new account opening and policies. Facilitate new account openings, modifications and offboarding, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed to the highest standard. Support cash management and documentation workflows. Prepare and help distribute portfolio performance packs and ad hoc client requests.Compliance and Risk ManagementAdhere to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Support internal audits and ensure periodic compliance reviews are addressed in a timely manner. Identify and elevate potential process issues. Always maintain a high level of integrity and client confidentiality.Qualifications & RequirementsFive years’ experience working in a client service or relationship support role, within private banking or wealth management. Strong understanding of financial products and private banking service offerings. Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements (specifically DFSA standards), as well as KYC and AML processes. Excellent communication and rapport building skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Client-focused and proactive mindset, working with high levels of professionalism and discretion at all times. Experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
