Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al-Ain city , United Arab Emirates, for a Case Management Nurse. The Case Management Nurse will coordinate and oversee patient care plans, monitor treatment progress, and ensure efficient utilization of healthcare resources. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting discharge planning, providing patient education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient care aligns with established medical guidelines and the patient’s care plan. The nurse will play a key role in implementing best practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
QualificationsFemale flexible Candidate only. Strong background in Nursing and Medicine to provide exceptional patient care Experience in Case Management, including assessment and coordination of patient care plans Skills in Discharge Planning and Utilization Management to ensure continuity of care and effective resource usage Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to international healthcare standards Bachelor’s/diploma degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field; licensure as a Registered Nurse is preferable Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Previous experience in home healthcare or similar settings is must Proficiency in English/Arabic is mandatory.
