In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining complex web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement feature-rich web applications using React JSWork with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into technical solutionsEnsure the responsiveness and performance of applications by following best practices in coding and architectureStay current with industry trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve the development processPerform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of excellenceCollaborate with design teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional web interfacesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development using React.jsStrong understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and mobile-first designExperience integrating with backend services, APIs, and working closely with backend teamsFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and toolsExperience with customer and staff-facing web applications (e.g., DMRS, ERAD) and working on digital channels (web apps, mobile apps, WhatsApp integration) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)Good understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handlingStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsBenefitsPaid Time OffPerformance BonusTraining & Development
