Join to apply for the Manager - Commercial Transformation role at Dubai Careers - A Smart Dubai InitiativeJob purposeThe role focuses on leading the Authority's business transformation projects by overseeing the implementation of business transformation plans, ensuring effective segregation of business activities, and governing the relationship with spin-off companies to enhance financial sustainability and support the Authority's strategic objectives. The Director also ensures that the Authority and its spin-off companies comply with the terms of approved concession agreements, leads business transformation processes, and manages specialized consultants in the field. Additionally, the role includes supporting team development through professional guidance, enhancing motivation, and ensuring smooth project implementation. The Director also oversees the preparation of regular progress reports and performance evaluations of the Authority's spin-off companies in coordination with relevant departments, in addition to reviewing policies issued or amended by management. The Director represents the Authority on committees responsible for obtaining various approvals and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesLeading commercial transformation projects across RTA, ensuring the achievement of the Authority's strategic objectives and the development and diversification of revenues.Leading and supervising the preparation and updating of the executive plan for commercial transformation in line with the investment strategy, ensuring its implementation within the specified timelines.Leading and directing teams and consultants specialized in transformation projects, monitoring the quality and outcomes of their work in accordance with the Authority's requirements and scope of work.Leading the preparation and signing of concession agreements with spin-off companies, ensuring their alignment with the Authority's strategic objectives.Overseeing the management of the institutional relationship with the Authority's spin-off companies, and following up on the commitments of both parties in accordance with the agreements.Supervising the review of financial and operational performance reports for spin-off companies, and providing appropriate recommendations to senior management.Overseeing the monitoring of challenges related to the implementation of the terms of concession agreements and proposing appropriate solutions in coordination with relevant departments.
