The Role
  • Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and remittance growth within the Filipino community across the UAE, building sustained community access and converting engagement into verified commercial outcomes.
  • Operate as a UAE field-based Community Growth Executive reporting to the Channel Lead with functional oversight from the Remittance Lead – du Pay, under an outsourced 24-month contract including probation.
  • Work within a field-intensive model requiring a minimum of 9 hours daily across 6 days per week, with a weekday off and weekend availability.
  • Operate as a field-sales and community-growth professional—not a general events or marketing resource—with accountability for registrations, completed KYC, first remittance transactions, second-transfer conversion, dormant-customer reactivation, monthly active remitters, and attributable remittance volume.
  • Develop employer, professional, faith-based, social, and digital community partnerships and maintain complete CRM records for attributable business outcomes.
  • Engage domestic workers and household-service employees; hospitality, healthcare, retail, aviation, logistics, and service-sector employees; professionals and SME owners; Filipino business networks; churches and faith-based groups; social and sports clubs; cultural organizations; digital/Facebook/WhatsApp communities and content creators; and employers/payroll partners with concentrated Filipino workforces.
  • Build a trusted and commercially productive presence across Filipino community networks, converting relationships into first remittance transactions, repeat usage, dormant-user reactivation, and sustainable remittance volume.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Map priority community clusters, employers, churches, clubs, retailers, restaurants, and gathering points and maintain a live pipeline of community leaders, employers, digital groups, and activation venues.
  • Support app registration, KYC completion, and wallet activation and convert registered customers into first-time remitters through assisted onboarding and structured follow-up.
  • Use approved campaigns, referrals, and employer activations to generate measurable acquisition and transaction outcomes.
  • Drive the second transaction within the agreed period, contact and reactivate dormant customers using approved customer lists and scripts, and build referral advocacy among retained and high-value users.
  • Develop relationships with HR teams, payroll contacts, business owners, church representatives, and association representatives and secure workplace activations, salary-day engagement, and community referral opportunities.
  • Track competitor rates, fees, promotions, service experience, and customer barriers and record all leads, engagements, referrals, and attributed outcomes in approved systems.
  • During Month 1 of probation, deliver 75 touchpoints, 20 Tier 1 contacts, 30 Tier 2 contacts, 10 employer prospects, a competitor baseline, and an approved 90-day plan.
  • During Month 2 of probation, deliver 30–40 visits, 4–6 activations, 75–125 registrations, 35–60 first transfers, and 20–35 reactivations.
  • During Month 3 of probation, deliver 40–50 visits, 6–8 activations, 125–175 registrations, 55–85 first transfers, and 30–50 reactivations.
  • Meet probation-confirmation requirements of a minimum 75% overall score, at least 70% Month 3 commercial achievement, at least 90% CRM compliance, an adequate territory pipeline, and no material conduct breach.
  • At steady state, deliver monthly expectations of 150–250 new registrations, 70–120 first-time remittance users, 40–80 dormant-customer reactivations, at least 50 community visits, at least 15 influencer/community meetings, at least 8 micro activations, and 8–10 employer engagements, with remittance-volume and repeat-usage community targets established after probation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE field-sales, customer-acquisition, or community-growth experience.
  • Filipino/Tagalog is mandatory with strong working proficiency in English; additional Philippine languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrable access to Filipino employers, professional groups, churches, social clubs, or digital communities.
  • Preferred experience within remittance, exchange houses, fintech, telecom, banking acquisition, merchant acquisition, or FMCG field sales.
  • Comfortable with six-day field deployment, weekend work, and evening community activity.
  • Proven target achievement, CRM discipline, and customer follow-up capability.
  • Strong capability in target-driven field sales and customer conversion, community networking and stakeholder management, employer and partnership development, customer lifecycle management and retention, negotiation, presentation, assisted onboarding, ter
