Job Title Technical Support Location Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Contract Duration 12 months Key Responsibilities
Provide deskside and remote IT support for incidents and service requests Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues Configure and deploy laptops and provide post‑implementation support Support applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and similar business tools Set up meeting rooms, including audio‑visual equipment and related systems Troubleshoot Bloomberg application and terminal issues Record, track, and update support tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant technical support experience Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware and software support, operating systems, audio‑visual meeting room systems, Bloomberg application troubleshooting Arabic speaker mandatory Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow Professional appearance and strong client‑facing communication skills Ability to provide quality support in a fast‑paced environment

CompTIA A+ ITIL Foundation Other relevant IT certifications
