Position: Director HR Research – Dubai, UAE DreamzTech Solutions, a leading firm in the Abrasives and Nonmetallic Minerals Manufacturing industry, is seeking a visionary Director HR Research to join our team in Dubai. As the Director HR Research, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies through data‑driven research and insights, driving organizational success and employee engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the HR research strategy to support decision‑making processes. Analyze industry trends and best practices to enhance HR initiatives. Implement surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to measure employee satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address key HR challenges. Present research findings and recommendations to senior management. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through research‑based strategies.Requirements & SkillsProven experience in HR research, data analysis, and strategy development. Strong knowledge of HR metrics, survey methodologies, and statistical tools. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in HR Management or relevant field.
