The Role Digital Business Lead for one of our key global (Energy) accounts. Oversee and drive delivery of agency scope for the client, including: Digital Brand Campaigns - Global and Market Sponsorships (F1/Golf/Football) banner/social Digital Transformation Initiatives - Marketing Technology, AI, Lead Generation, CRM Data and Analytics Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders. The Proof Previous Account Director experience for one (or more) global clients. A history of working in digital/web/consultancy agencies and environments. Delivery of multiple digital projects and campaigns, including DT (Digital Transformation) ie. Data/AI/MarTech/CRM. Thorough understanding of agency project process, across briefing through delivery ensuring jobs are managed well financially and are efficiently using resources to meet client needs. Track record of nurturing and growing a key agency account. The Person Confident and clear – able to deliver thinking to clients as well as team. Ability to handle client expectations for tight deadlines, with an exceptional eye for detail. Ability to flawlessly manage multiple projects with effective ease. Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player working across a range of clients and teams (creative, tech, analytics). A passion for communication and a keen learner, eager to grow.
