Group OSS/BSS Solution Design ExpertLocation: Egypt or MadagascarExperience Required: 10–20 yearsType: Long-term engagement (with option for permanent hire after 6 months)About the RoleOur Client, a Global Leader in Telecom and Fintech sector, is seeking a Group OSS/BSS Solution Design Expert to drive the modernization of billing, charging, CRM, mediation, provisioning, and service orchestration systems across its operating companies. This is a senior telco transformation leadership role for someone who has hands-on experience designing and delivering OSS/BSS programs at scale in multi-country telecom environments.What We’re Looking For10+ years of direct OSS/BSS delivery experience in telecom.Proven leadership in charging & billing systems (CBS/CCS), CRM, mediation, provisioning, and service orchestration.Strong knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (Open APIs, ODA).Track record managing large-scale, multi-country transformation programs.Familiarity with major vendor ecosystems: Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Sophix, or equivalent.Solid understanding of revenue assurance, monetization models, compliance, and TCO optimization.Ability to partner with IT leadership, finance, and revenue assurance teams to ensure business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Group OSS/BSS transformation programs across multiple operating companies.Govern and align program delivery with TM Forum Open APIs and Group reference architectures.Oversee multi-vendor delivery, budgets, and dependencies.Work with finance and revenue assurance to reduce leakage and improve monetization.Drive program KPIs, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and deliver on time and within budget.Ensure architecture consistency and integration across group platforms.Why This Role is CriticalThis role sits at the heart of the Client's digital transformation journey.
