Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant Talentspoc Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Base pay range AED540,000.00/yr - AED600,000.00/yr We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant to enhance our dedicated healthcare team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical impairments resulting from various medical conditions or injuries. Your aim will be to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies that improve patients' functional capacity and overall well-being. Core ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and diagnose patients to identify rehabilitation needs and establish personalized treatment goals Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that may include physical therapy, exercise regimens, and pain management techniques Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to deliver cohesive patient care Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process and self-management strategies Stay informed about advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation, integrating best practices into clinical work Engage in research, quality improvement projects, and professional development opportunities Ensure accurate and complete medical documentation in line with regulatory standardsRequirementsDoctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited institution Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is mandatory Active and valid medical license to practice in the relevant state Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation Strong clinical skills in addressing a variety of physical disabilities and treatment modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions A collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment Commitment to continuous education and professional growth Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plusBenefitsPrivate Health Insurance Training & Development Performance BonusSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
