We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with a minimum of 10 years in the industry and at least 3 years of experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning and scheduling skills, a deep understanding of construction project management, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules and plans to ensure timely project completion. Prepare and analyze detailed project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential delays or issues and proposing solutions. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to senior management and clients. Analyze and report on critical path activities, schedule deviations, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and best practices in project planning. Facilitate coordination meetings and workshops with project teams to align schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts. Prepare and manage project documentation related to planning and scheduling. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling. Mandatory at least 3 years of experience working in Dubai or the UAE. Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Skills : Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPP (Certified Planning Professional). Experience with cost control and budget management.
