With about 2000 staff from 41 nationalities, we value commitment, care & vision, and provide meaningful work and growth opportunities.Job PurposeThe Treasury Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash management, liquidity, risk management and regulatory compliance.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop a long‑term vision for treasury operations with milestones, partners, tech platforms and benefits.Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting to optimise liquidity.Execute and monitor financial transactions—wire transfers, investments, borrowings—to maintain appropriate cash levels across companies and the group.Create and enforce treasury policies, procedures and controls to mitigate financial risk, ensure regulatory compliance and achieve shariah compliance.Collaborate internally to optimise working capital, focusing on inventory, receivables and cash conversion cycles.Evaluate and manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiate terms and fees to reduce costs.Monitor and analyse market trends, interest rates and currency fluctuations for investment and risk decisions.Prepare and present reports to senior management on treasury activities, performance and risk exposure.Stay current on industry best practices, regulations and emerging trends with emphasis on technology.Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.Preferred: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification.ExperienceMinimum 7‑10 years in treasury operations or related financial role.Proven experience managing cash flow, investments and risk.Prior leadership experience managing a treasury operations team.Knowledge & SkillsIn‑depth knowledge of treasury operations, financial instruments and banking products.Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Familiarity with treasury management systems.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.Proficiency with treasury management software and financial modelling tools.Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.We invite passionate individuals who align with our core values of care, commitment and vision to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
