Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for UAE.
Manage UAE payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
Ensure payroll compliance with UAE statutory requirements and applicable payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Integrate Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and support testing, enhancements, and releases.
Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll Skills8+ years of relevant SAP Payroll experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
UAE Payroll implementation or support experience is of payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
Experience in payroll integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
