IntroductionWe are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales division, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships across the UAE and GCC markets. The role requires a dynamic leader with both technical expertise and proven sales management skills in weighing systems, lifting solutions, automation, and industrial equipment. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the technical sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Support the sales team with technical knowledge, proposals, and solution presentations. Collaborate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and key account agreements. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine strategies. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for management. Mentor and train sales staff to improve performance and technical knowledge. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred). 7–10 years of experience in technical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of weighing systems, load cells, lifting equipment, and automation solutions. Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term client partnerships. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
