People Operations Coordinator Location: We hire with a focus on Dubai and Europe. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring that all people‑related processes run smoothly. You’ll handle people administration, data management, and compliance. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, and employee inquiries. Your work will be essential to maintaining a positive employee experience and operational efficiency. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Manage People tools and systems, optimising workflows and ensuring data integrity. Prepare reports and analyse people metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making. Coordinate the department in delivering internal audits, policy updates, and implementation of people initiatives. Manage the administration associated with onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring a smooth experience by coordinating administrative activities. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline people workflows.RequirementsExperience in People & Culture or a similar role in administrative coordination. A methodical approach to processes and systems. Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills.SkillsGoogle Documents JIRA/Confluence Fluent English HR Management Information Systems (HRMIS) (Bamboo) Applicants Tracking Systems, ATS (particularly Lever) Project Management skillsNice to haveExperience in start‑up environments. Experience in large, established organisations.
