Chef De Partie - Central Kitchen Reports to: Sous Chef Job Purpose: As a Chef De Partie you are responsible in providing assistance to the Chef De Cuisine to ensure smooth kitchen operations and interact with individuals in the section. Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate daily tasks with the Chef De Cuisine or Sous Chef. To prepare on daily basis requisitions as assigned. To take proper inventory of food items in the section in absence of direct supervisor. To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas including refrigerators & freezers. To perform duties common to all Demi Chef De Parties and other duties as maybe assigned. To make daily production list for the section in the absence of superior. Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors. Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance. Ensure the consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products. Guide and train the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical workenvironment.
