Key Responsibilities Provide end‑to‑end operational support to patients, including insurance, appointments, invoicing, and general customer service. Ensure accurate flow of medical information and patient data between physicians, patients and third‑party payers using medical coding protocols. Act as a liaison for insurance claims, billing and payment parties. Organize and manage patient records and clinic paperwork. Deliver high‑level customer service, guiding patients and supporting clinic operations. Handle cash, credit and insurance payments, reconcile transactions and maintain financial records. Support a safe and welcoming clinic environment, participating in safety and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care at all times. Who You Are UAE National with a graduate degree (any stream) and relevant qualifications. DHA licence or eligibility. Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance, cash handling, customer service or invoicing. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Excellent computer literacy and documentation skills. Knowledge of medical insurance coding, invoicing, cash handling and customer relations. Strong communication, presentation, analytical and decision‑making skills.
