This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to add immediate value through operational execution and strategic process improvement.Job Title: KYC & Onboarding SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAEStart Date: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end KYC onboarding, AML checks, and remediation effortsConduct due diligence and risk assessments for high-risk clientsSupport or lead backlog clearance initiatives and process streamliningCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsContribute to automation and enhancement of manual KYC processesPrepare and maintain documentation for audits and internal reportingAssist in developing and delivering training to team membersKey Requirements:Proven experience in KYC, AML, and client onboarding (preferably in global financial institutions)Strong understanding of high-risk client profiles and regulatory obligationsExperience with backlog remediation or similar high-pressure projectsExcellent communication skills for stakeholder engagementExperience with KYC process automation and digital transformation is a plusStrong documentation, analytical, and training capabilitiesPreferred:Immediate availabilityExperience in operational and strategic KYC/AMLSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeContractJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
