Quality Control ManagerYou will lead all quality control activities across the manufacturing facility, ensuring that materials, processes, and products meet stringent regulatory, safety, and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with production staff to maintain a high level of product quality, adhering to regulatory requirements.Develop and implement quality control systems, aligned with corporate standards, international quality frameworks, and ISO 9001 guidelines.Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure conformity.Train and develop the quality control team, enhancing their capability and readiness to meet production demands.Manage documentation control, including calibration logs, inspection reports, and batch release approvals.Maintain close relationships with suppliers, supporting supplier qualification and incoming inspection processes.Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility within the QC department.Provide regular reports on quality performance, key performance indicators, trends, and improvement actions to senior management.RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and teamwork abilities.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001 and related frameworks.Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), quality tools, advanced product quality planning (APQP), and production part approval process (PPAP).Lean or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable, preferably at Green Belt or Black Belt level.Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a relevant field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or defense.
