Role SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital growth across our group brands. You will plan and run multi-channel campaigns, build brand visibility, and turn online engagement into bookings, enquiries and sales across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand-specific digital marketing strategies for group companies across healthcare, wellness, retail and real , launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, Eurostaffs and TikTok.
Manage social media calendars and oversee content creation, ensuring consistent brand voice across all entities.
Lead SEO and local SEO (Google Business Profiles, branch listings) to improve rankings and footfall for clinics, spas and showrooms.
Manage website performance, landing pages and conversion rate optimisation in coordination with SHx Digital.
Run email, WhatsApp and CRM-based marketing to drive lead nurturing, retention and repeat business.
Track, analyse and report on KPIs (leads, cost per lead, ROAS, conversions, engagement) using GA4 and platform analytics; present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend for maximum ROI.
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, designers, videographers and photographers.
Monitor online reputation, reviews and customer feedback; ensure timely responses.
Stay current with UAE digital trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
Mentor junior marketing team members and guide their output.
Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven track record of campaigns that delivered measurable growth; UAE/GCC market experience strongly preferred.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, retail or real estate is an advantage.
Skills and CompetenciesHands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation copywriting and content strategy skills; basic design and video-editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut or similar) is a plus.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into action.
Excellent communication in English; Arabic and/or Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines independently.
