This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with young patients, helping them maintain healthy smiles while fostering a positive relationship with dental care.In the role of Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Dentist, you will diagnose and treat a variety of dental issues specific to infants, children, and teenagers. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding families on the importance of oral hygiene and preventive care, ensuring that every child leaves with a confident smile.Primary Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients to assess oral healthDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for dental issuesPerform a variety of dental procedures including preventive care, restorations, and extractionsApply child-friendly techniques to ensure comfort during dental proceduresEducate children and their families about oral hygiene and dental care best practicesMonitor and guide the dental development of childrenCollaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive careEngage in ongoing education and training in pediatric dentistryDoctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degreeCompletion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry and board certificationCurrent dental license to practice in the relevant stateProven experience treating pediatric patients and a strong understanding of their dental needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with childrenDemonstrated ability to create a positive and supportive dental environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to ethical practiceAbility to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary teamDesire for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with advancements in pediatric dentistrySalary + Additional Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
