We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Life Insurance Advisors to join our high-performing onshore sales team and contribute to our continued growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding life insurance, savings, and investment-linked products. Understand client needs, affordability, long-term financial goals, and protection requirements to recommend tailored insurance solutions. Create strong awareness of life insurance and savings benefits through structured consultative conversations. Apply robust upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize client portfolio value while ensuring sustainability. Proactively engage with prospects, convert leads into policies, and maintain long‑term trusted client relationships. Present and compare various life insurance plans clearly, ensuring clients make informed decisions. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with a solution‑driven approach. Deliver transparent, compliant, and consultative communication to ensure clients make informed decisions. Evaluate client affordability and recommend realistic solutions to minimize policy cancellations and clawbacks. Provide seamless service throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to policy activation. Educate and assist the client with understanding and filing of the insurer application forms, and keep the client informed about the underwriting outcome and requirements. Operational & Compliance Responsibilities Maintain accurate client and policy records in the internal CRM system. Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE Central Bank (CBUAE) regulations, company policies, and insurer guidelines. Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and address client queries effectively. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (mandatory). 2‑3 years of proven success in telesales or direct sales, preferably within life insurance, banking, or financial services. 2‑3 years of prior experience in life insurance sales will be a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of life protection, savings, and investment-linked products will be a strong advantage. Technical & Soft Skills Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages (Hindi, Arabic, etc.) is an added asset. Strong negotiation, solution‑driven, consulting, and closing abilities with a client‑first mindset. Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced sales environment. Personality Traits Proactive, target‑driven, and resilient in achieving sales goals.
