What this role is all about As the Strategy & Programs Lead, you’ll act as the connective tissue across the company - aligning teams, driving major initiatives and helping steer the organisation through its next phase of scale. This is a hybrid of strategy, program leadership, operations and partnerships , suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys collaborating with smart people and loves turning big ideas into real, operational outcomes. What you’ll be doing Lead the development and execution of company‑wide strategic plans Run high‑impact cross‑functional programs, committees, and OKRs Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Science, operations and Leadership teams Build and manage strategic external partnerships and alliances Drive organisational alignment across multiple teams and initiatives Lead problem‑solving efforts at company level (you’ll be the “go‑to” clarity creator) Create and implement tools, processes, and governance frameworks that improve how the organisation operates Work directly with senior leadership to deliver insights, recommendations and strategic updates Ensure programs run smoothly, efficiently, on time - and drive measurable outcomes This role is perfect for someone who loves high‑ownership work at the intersection of strategy and execution.
