Marketing Executive – EPC / Process EngineeringJob Title: Marketing Executive – EPC / Process EngineeringLocation: UAE (Dubai) – Office BasedCompany: Technomak Process Systems FZCJob SummaryTechnomak Process Systems is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the company’s sales and business development efforts, with a strong focus on pre‑qualification management, company presentations, exhibitions, and corporate content development.The role requires experience in engineering, EPC, oil & gas, or industrial organizations, with the ability to handle technical‑commercial documentation and create relevant, professional content aligned with Technomak’s business.Key ResponsibilitiesApply for and manage pre‑qualifications, vendor registrations, and client questionnaires.Prepare, compile, and submit PQ documents in coordination with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Finance, and HR teams.Maintain and regularly update company credentials, certifications, project references, and compliance documents.Track PQ submissions, renewals, validity periods, and follow‑ups with clients and EPC contractors.Prepare and update company capability presentations, credentials, and profile decks.Customize presentations for different client types (EPCs, end users, consultants, licensors).Coordinate updates to brochures, corporate profiles, and marketing materials.Ensure all materials accurately reflect Technomak’s capabilities, projects, and certifications.Coordinate Technomak’s participation in industry exhibitions such as ADIPECsteward? Actually 2026 and MIITE 2026.Liaise with exhibition organizers and vendors.Coordinate booth materials, marketing collateral, giveaways, and logistics.Support Sales & BD teams during exhibitions and manage post‑event lead collation and follow‑up coordination.Manage and update Technomak Process Systems’ LinkedIn page.Develop and post regular, relevant, and professional content, including:Company announcementsProject milestones and achievementsParticipation in exhibitions and industry eventsCorporate capabilities and thought‑leadership aligned with EPC and process engineeringCoordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for content development.Ensure content aligns with company branding, tone, and business objectives.Track basic engagement metrics and propose content improvements.Maintain sales and marketing trackers, CRM records, and client databases.Support Sales team with RFQ documentation, clarifications, and administrative coordination.Assist in preparing client communications, proposals, and internal reports.Coordinate meetings, MOMs, and follow‑ups related to sales and marketing activities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an EPC, engineering, oil & gas, or industrial organization.Hands‑on experience in pre‑qualification preparation and management is mandatory.Experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages Ignition?
