HVAC Technician Pre-Opening Hotel

Overview We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Engineering team at a pre-opening hotel in Deira. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and guest comfort.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across the hotel. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot HVAC equipment as needed. Perform repairs and replacements to ensure proper system operation. Respond promptly to service calls and HVAC-related concerns.
Assist in preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime. Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities. Collaborate with the Engineering team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Support and guide junior HVAC technicians as required.
Stay updated on HVAC industry developments and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies. Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in hotels or commercial properties. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques. Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform preventive maintenance. Professional attitude, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety standards.
