Operations & Monitoring Operate and monitor water systems, production equipment, laboratory instruments, utilities, HVAC, BMS, EMS, and associated control systems. Detect and elevate abnormalities to prevent production disruptions and maintain quality. 2. Maintenance Execution Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot technical issues and restore systems within defined response timelines. 3. Calibration & Testing Conduct calibration, verification, and testing of instruments, alarms, and control systems in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. Maintain calibration records and support audit readiness. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate engineering documentation in line with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements. Ensure timely completion of work orders, logbooks, and reports. 5. EHS Compliance Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures, including statutory inspections, waste management, and safe work practices. Support incident reporting, risk assessments, and corrective actions. 6. Facility & Vendor Support Assist in managing utilities, facility systems, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure smooth service execution.
