Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Talend Tech Lead with strong expertise in Talend Big Data Platform and modern data engineering technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing large-scale data integration and big data solutions, along with the ability to lead technical teams and guide architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of data integration solutions using Talend Big Data and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and distributed data and implement data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the data engineering team.
Ensure best practices in data architecture, performance optimization, and data governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and performance issues.
Required Skills8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL developmentStrong hands-on experience with Talend Big Data PlatformExperience with big data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Hive, etc.)Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databasesExperience working with data warehouses and large-scale data processingFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plusStrong problem-solving and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise data platforms or large-scale data environmentsKnowledge of data modeling and data warehousing conceptsExperience with data orchestration and scheduling toolsAbility to work in client-facing and cross-functional environments
