Job Overview: We seek a highly experienced and qualified Head of Finance & Accounts to join our team. As the HOD Finance & Accounts you will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial and accounting operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization. Compensation and Benefits: Gross Salary:AED Health insurance and other benefits Company provided Visa Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies policies and procedures to ensure the companys financial goals are met Oversee the preparation of financial statements budgets and financial reports Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management Manage the companys cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors suppliers and employees Lead and manage the finance and accounting team providing guidance support and training as needed Maintain strong relationships with banks financial institutions and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decisionmaking. Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors Qualifications: CA/ACCA/CMA Qualified Minimum of 1215 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a technology telecom or construction company preferably having contracting business Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices Experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
