We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care focused on women's reproductive health, including pregnancy management, gynecological services, and patient education. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to enhancing healthcare practices within our organization. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical care for patients, offering expert guidance in obstetric and gynecological health across all stages of life. Manage high-risk pregnancies and perform complex surgical procedures as necessary. Oversee the delivery process, ensuring optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns. Conduct thorough examinations and provide treatment for a variety of gynecological conditions. Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventative care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic patient care plans. Play an active role in training and supervising junior obstetricians and gynecologists. Stay updated on advancements in the field and implement best practice guidelines in clinical care. Maintain accurate and compliant patient medical records and documentation. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Active and valid medical license in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum 7 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with significant experience in a senior capacity. Expertise in managing complicated obstetric cases and performing advanced surgical procedures. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff. Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
