Education in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture Holder of Engineer Card with GUnlimited license (mandatory) Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai construction At least 7 years as Construction Director / Chief Project Engineer At least 5 years in a real estate development company At least 3 years in a general contracting company Successfully delivered minimum 2 projects under GUnlimited license within a general contracting firm Proven experience working with authorities like Nakheel Trakheesi DDA DLD etc. Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code and regulatory frameworks Skilled in subcontractor management and coordination of multi-trade suppliers (local international) Proven track record in cost optimization including:
Value engineering Load/volume recalculation Modern materials & technology application
