Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Provide support for emergency maintenance and repair tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Technician or similar role. Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
