Key Responsibilities:Supervise day‑to‑day hydraulic crimping activities, both in the workshop and via mobile crimping vans. Ensure efficient job execution and timely delivery across all operations. Maintain proper workflow, resource planning, and technician scheduling. Optimize utilization of mobile crimping vans across assigned zones. Manage and lead technicians both within the workshop and on‑site operations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual workshop sales and service targets. Identify new business opportunities and customer segments for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quotations, including material, labor, and lead‑time estimates. Lead local outreach efforts to improve workshop visibility and brand presence. Plan and maintain inventory based on movement trends, focusing on hoses, fittings, and pneumatics. Monitor team performance and address productivity or disciplinary issues. Investigate and resolve product or service quality concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
