Job Responsibilities:
Making coffee orders as per customers' requests accurately and quickly Serving customers with friendly and engaging attitude at all times Taking orders from customers over the phone or counter and relaying them accurately to the kitchen staff for preparation Maintaining the cleanliness of the café, including wiping down surfaces, restocking counters, disposing rubbish etc. Adhering to health & safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Barista is preferred but not essential Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills both verbal and written
