We’re Hiring: Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant – Finance & Project Accounting
Location: UAE – Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 4–5 Years
UAE Driving License: Required
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Project Accounting to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Configure and support Finance and Project Accounting modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, Financial Dimensions, and Tax.
- Handle Project Management & Accounting, including project costing, budgeting, billing, revenue recognition, WIP, and profitability.
- Conduct requirement workshops, process mapping, solution design, testing, and UAT.
- Prepare functional documentation, FDDs, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support data migration, integrations, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Provide functional support and recommend best-practice solutions.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong experience in Finance and Project Accounting.
- Experience in full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
- Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, troubleshooting, and consulting skills.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, and integrations is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
A proactive and customer-focused consultant who can work independently, take ownership of functional deliverables, interact confidently with clients, and contribute to successful Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
