This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.About The RoleProvide comprehensive and quality customer care by applying technical knowledge and procedures about room reservation when servicing internal and external guest queries.Answer every call with confidence, in a polite and friendly manner in accordance with Forbes standards.Sells effectively while on a call using upselling and cross-selling techniques that will generate revenue.Reply to email inquiries accurately regarding availability, rates, and services.Process booking requests from direct guests and non-contracted travel agencies based on the current availability and rate structure of the rooms or restaurants.Process booking requests from groups, corporate and wholesale contracted travel partners aligned on their exclusive contract and selling strategies.Process VIP bookings from Executive office.Precisely update bookings interfacing from Synxis.Deliver optimum scores that are not below the standards of Forbes or equivalent entities to display call quality.Adhere to the operational schedules as required by One Za’abeel by being flexible.Must be able to comply with assigned tasks to achieve the department’s key performance indicators.Effectively communicate and maintain a favorable working relationship with colleagues at all levels to enhance the guest’s stay.Assist in other administrative duties assigned by the Management Team.Attend and participate in team events.Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.Participate in required training related to the job.Assure a professional attitude towards guest and colleagues.Ensure to always meet Grooming and Hygiene policy of One&Only One Za’abeel when in uniform.About YouMinimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or call center.Good knowledge of computer operation (including software such as Excel, Word, PMS).Good communication skills (verbal and written).Skilled at performing the job of a sales agent.Hospitality graduates an advantage.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
