Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute high-impact affiliate growth strategies. Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and agencies worldwide. Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures. Monitor campaign performance, optimise conversions, and ensure ROI. Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships with consistent communication. Identify growth opportunities through analytics and reporting. Represent the brand in affiliate communities with professionalism and enthusiasm.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 4 years experience in affiliate or partnership marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting ability. Existing affiliate network in trading, fintech, or finance is advantageous.
