Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates or Manama, Bahrain or Dammam, Saudi Arabia | req31661What you will enjoy doingLead strategically the pricing function in the Cluster Middle East focusing on:The development and execution of the Cluster’s pricing strategy to drive profitable growth, margin optimization, and commercial excellence across the Middle East.
Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, competitor activities, and commercial trends to identify pricing opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Establish and govern pricing frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across countries and business segments.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to improve pricing performance, enhance value capture, and support business growth pricing transformation projects, process improvements, and capability-building initiatives to strengthen commercial effectiveness across the actionable insights through pricing analytics, profitability assessments, and performance reporting to support leadership decision-making.
Influence and engage key stakeholders at country, cluster, regional, and global levels to embed a pricing culture focused on value creation and sustainable business performance.
What makes you greatYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline5-10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, sales, marketing or related commercial rolesProven experience in developing & implementing pricing strategies that support growth and profitabilityExperience managing pricing processes across multiple products, customer segments or geographic marketsYou have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insightsExperience working in cross-functional and international business environmentsBackground in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, B2B or other industries with complex pricing structures is preferredExperience within the Middle East region and/or the industrial gases industry is considered an advantageWhy you will love working with usThinking outside of the box, working on new topics and concepts, deliver great solutions to our internal customers is essential to bring success to our business.
