The Regional Sales Manager for MENA will be responsible for identifying and driving pipeline growth and executing the sales strategy for Fortanix in the region. The role includes building a sustainable and predictable business, achieving ARR bookings targets, developing pipeline, managing the GTM, and enhancing our solutions' brand presence. A strong understanding of the cybersecurity market is essential, along with a proven track record in new business acquisition and existing customer growth. We are looking for a MENA Regional Sales Manager based in the UAE or KSA with at least 7 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically within enterprise cybersecurity software. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will have the following experience: A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets within an acquisition sales environment Experience in winning new business within large enterprise customers Ability to create and build a new individual pipeline (75%) Experience in developing and executing successful sales plans Ability to drive sales across ecosystem partners (25%) Capacity to translate technology products and solutions into business value Success in high-growth, scale-out business environments Experience working with startups or challenger sales brands Ability to articulate cybersecurity solutions to C-level executives and below A strategic mindset with tactical execution skills Strong sales and customer relationship skills Current residency in UAE or KSA with a valid work permit Based in UAE or KSA region Responsibilities: Develop and implement a business plan for the region Identify high-potential customers and manage complex sales cycles Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline Establish and strengthen customer relationships Introduce innovative solutions to market to drive growth Provide accurate sales forecasts and execute regional plans Use consultative sales techniques for enterprise cybersecurity solutions Travel approximately 70% across key MENA markets Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in new business sales and development Hunter sales capability Strong knowledge of the MENA market and business landscape Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Experience selling enterprise software solutions Knowledge of data security and compliance Fluent in Arabic and English Ability to work independently and remotely References We offer a collaborative environment, equity, benefits, competitive salary, and opportunities to shape the future of data security in hybrid cloud, AI, and Post Quantum domains.
