This role plays a key part in driving profitability, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across our retail network. Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for retail channels. Analyze store performance, margins, and sales trends to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. Partner with retail operations, merchandising, and supply chain teams to improve financial outcomes. Monitor KPIs and prepare insightful management reports on sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Manage month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements. Evaluate ROI on retail initiatives, promotional campaigns, and new store openings. Support leadership with ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis. Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and internal controls.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within retail Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
