Position Summary The Senior HR Operations Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for the entire spectrum of HR operations. This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure the efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of all HR processes, systems, and services. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for our employees, shaping an outstanding workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and process improvements. Lead and manage the HR operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development. HR Operations & Process Management Oversee and streamline all core HR processes, including the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Ensure absolute accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll in collaboration with the finance department. Manage the administration of employee benefits, including medical insurance, and serve as the primary point of contact for providers. Compliance & Policy Development Ensure all HR practices and policies are fully compliant with UAE labor laws and regulations. Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Act as the primary point of contact for all government relations matters related to HR (e.g., MOHRE, immigration). Employee Relations & Support Serve as a key point of escalation for complex employee relations issues, providing expert counsel and resolution. Promote a positive work environment and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. System & Technology Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS), leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capabilities. Qualifications & Experience Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a managerial role, specifically within the UAE. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory (both written and spoken). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable. Legal Knowledge: In-depth, proven knowledge of UAE Labor Law and its practical application. Required Skills & Competencies Comprehensive HR Operations Knowledge: Mastery of end-to-end HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration in the UAE context. Leadership & Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to business strategy. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to use HR data and metrics to drive decisions and improve processes. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
