Understand the clients’ business needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing serviceIdentify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where requiredNegotiate optimum claims resolution with market and client by applying in-depth technical and market knowledge.
Broke client claims according to set targets.
Produce collection documents and collect funds from the market and pay funds to the client.
Work closely and maintain strong working relationships with the team and market contacts as requiredEnsure compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirementsOperational and Service DeliveryDeliver high levels of client service in line with the standard operating procedures for client activityProactively develop appropriate solutions and proposals for clients to ensure optimum client retention ratesBrokingAbility to understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issuesAbility to manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance marketPrepare client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitabilitySupport relationships with underwriters in London and international marketsParticipate in information gathering exercises.
QualificationsQualifications:
