Key Accountabilities of the role: 1. Employee Relations SupportAct as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies grievances and workplace concerns. Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee complaints and disciplinary cases. Maintain accurate and confidential ER case records.2. Policy and CompliancePrepare reports and documentation related to employee relations cases warnings and investigations.3. Engagement and CommunicationSupport initiatives to enhance employee engagement communication and workplace morale. Assist in organizing employee feedback sessions surveys and recognition programs. Maintain positive working relationships between HR management and staff.4. HR AdministrationMaintain up-to-date employee relations metrics and reports for management. Support exit interviews and analyze trends to reduce turnover and improve satisfaction. Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
