- Building Materials & Architectural Hardware to develop new business across Dubai and the Northern is a field-sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting hardware shops, building-material traders, contractors, project sites, and other potential customers to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
include:Visit prospective and existing customers across the UAEGenerate new business through cold visits, market visits, and direct prospectingPromote architectural hardware and related building-material productsBuild relationships with hardware shops, traders, contractors, and project customersUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable productsPrepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and ordersFollow up on deliveries and customer paymentsMaintain regular contact with customers to encourage repeat businessIdentify new market opportunities and competitor activityWork towards monthly sales targetsProvide regular market and sales updates to managementSkillsPrevious UAE outdoor / field-sales experience preferredExperience in building materials, architectural hardware, sanitary ware, aluminium, hardware trading, construction products, or related sectors is highly preferredStrong ability to generate new customers through cold visits and direct market prospectingGood communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skillsComfortable spending most of the working day outside visiting customersAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsGood follow-up skills for quotations, orders, and paymentsValid UAE driving licence preferredCandidates currently based in the UAE preferredEnglish required; Hindi/Urdu preferredArabic speaking ability is an advantageSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
