Responsibilities Advise clients on individual and broad fashion trends in the industry. Develop tailored styling recommendations that align with client preferences and needs. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate features to clients effectively. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Build long-lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs with management. Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing displays and store aesthetics. Stay updated with fashion trends through continuous learning and research. Handle client complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service and sales. Conduct styling workshops and fashion events for client engagement and outreach. Requirements Proven experience as a Fashion Consultant or in a fashion retail role. Strong understanding of fashion design, trends, and garment construction. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; a fashion degree is a plus. Proficient in using retail software and point-of-sale systems effectively. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
