Senior Tax Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Tax Consultant who is eager to grow in international practice and support projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). If you have expertise in tax and legal consulting, as well as experience working with corporate clients, we invite you to join our team of professionals where you will be able to grow and influence major business processes. Responsibilities Manage tax and legal consulting projects in compliance with UAE legislation. Support clients in establishing and running businesses in the UAE, including international structuring. Provide consulting on company registration and corporate transactions. Prepare commercial proposals and conduct business correspondence with clients. Draft reviews of legislative changes in the UAE, deliver presentations, webinars, and organize events. Liaise with external legal and tax advisors in the UAE and other jurisdictions. Register and administer companies in the UAE: corporate resolutions, registry updates, reporting support. Assist in obtaining Golden and other types of residence visas. Interact with government authorities and free economic zones in the UAE. Build long-term relationships with clients and offer tailored solutions to their business needs. Qualifications Higher education (Bachelor’s/Master’s); additional qualifications are an advantage. At least 3-5 years of tax consulting experience. Minimum 2 years of corporate services experience in the UAE. English — Advanced (C1) or higher; experience preparing written legal/tax opinions in English. Knowledge of principles and approaches in international taxation. Knowledge of UAE tax legislation will be a plus. Strong expertise in Russian tax law (corporate income tax, VAT). High motivation to learn and master new regulations, including UAE and Middle East legislation. Experience in adjacent fields at the intersection of law and economics is considered an advantage.
