Technical Leadership OpportunityAs a Senior Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. This includes technical design, configuration, deployment, cost estimations, and the development of business cases.ResponsibilitiesLead technical design and development for customizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot, along with tailoring branding and communications solutions like Campaign Manager and notification engines.Translate functional and non-functional requirements from CRM, Customer Data, Customer Engagement, and Experience systems into technical specifications, coordinating with solution architects to create robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions that adhere to IT standards.Develop strategies for integrating data between CRM systems and other business applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Optimize system license usage with defined security controls, including user access control.Mentor software engineering teams to apply architectural patterns, generate, review, and approve technical designs aligned with these patterns.Develop comprehensive technical documentation for design, deployment, configuration, customization, and integration of all customer experience-related solutions.Lead project discovery phases for medium to large projects involving Customer Data, CRM, and Customer Engagement systems, aiming to formulate high-level designs, initiate proof-of-concepts, and execute prototypes to validate conceptual ideas.Advocate for automation and lean principles in software development, conduct timely root cause analyses and incident 'lessons learned' sessions, contributing to software and data engineering playbooks.Investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues, encompassing corner cases and rare conditions, while driving quality within software engineering teams in collaboration with end-to-end quality assurance.Develop an accelerator framework to improve technology solution quality and productivity of software engineers.Provide coaching and mentoring to software development team members, emphasizing best practices in software engineering, code quality, and suitable algorithms.Measure and monitor software engineering metrics enabling agility, scalability, data quality, and reliability of technology solutions across the enterprise.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (3+ years)Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting CRM systems; airline experience and working in multi-culture environments are preferred.Fluent in EnglishYears with qualifications: 8 - 10 yearsKey CompetenciesCustomer FocusTeamworkEffective CommunicationPersonal Accountability & Commitment to AchieveResilience & Flexibility (Can-Do Attitude)ISR RequirementsReads and complies with ISR policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to Line Managers or the Information Security team.
