(Under Incorporation) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing & Secondary Market Intern, located in Ras Al Khaimah. The intern will support leasing and secondary market operations, including assisting with lease administration, client sourcing , facilitating resident retention initiatives, and maintaining accurate leasing documentation. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current clients, addressing inquiries, and supporting efforts to manage and secure secondary market transactions effectively. The intern will work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and optimal client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in managing leases, lease administration, and related processes Excellent customer service abilities and resident retention skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle administrative and operational tasks effectively Proactive and eager to learn with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment Prior exposure to real estate, client service, or related industries is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred This is an intership limited for a period of 3 months and you shall be paid a stipend of 500 AED PM .
