Graduate Civil Engineer

Stantec is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team a building project. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and impactful field. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site Support the Site Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring progress and quality Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, material records and progress updates Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing engineering solutions Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced site environment Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is a plus Valid UAE driving license (preferred) UAE National with Family Book.#J-18808-Ljbffr
