Respiratory Therapist(DOH Licensed)We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Respiratory Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a valid DOH license and be qualified to assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders.Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests.Administer therapeutic procedures including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and chest physiotherapy.Manage ventilators and artificial airway devices for patients in ICU, ER, or surgical settings.Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement respiratory care plans.Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes.Educate patients and their families on managing respiratory conditions.Respond to emergency situations including cardiac or respiratory arrests.Ensure equipment is sanitized, calibrated, and functioning properly.Comply with all DOH regulations, infection control policies, and hospital protocols.A valid DOH licenseAbility to perform diagnostic tests and administer therapeutic proceduresExperience working with ventilators and artificial airway devicesStrong communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureA competitive salary and benefits packageThe opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionalsA challenging and rewarding work environment
