Exchange Operations Manager – Digital Assets Location: Remote Industry: Digital Asset Trading Platforms / Crypto Exchanges Experience Required: 8+ years in exchange operations, preferably in crypto We are looking for a dynamic Exchange Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading digital asset exchange. You will ensure smooth trading, settlement, and compliance operations, while leading process improvements and operational scalability. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in trading platform operations and a deep understanding of crypto markets. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the exchange, including order execution, liquidity management, settlement, and reconciliation. Lead and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Monitor trading activity, transaction flows, and risk exposures to ensure platform integrity. Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams to implement operational enhancements and new feature rollouts. Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with audit and reporting requirements. Implement and maintain SOPs, risk controls, and operational best practices across the team. Mentor and develop operations team members, driving high performance and accountability. Key Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in exchange operations or trading platform operations within crypto, blockchain, or digital assets. Strong understanding of trading mechanics, order books, liquidity, and settlement processes. Experience with KYC/AML, compliance, and regulatory reporting in digital asset environments. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high‑pressure, and rapidly changing environments.
